My photo session with Rita for my new little angel baby was fantastic. Her studio is so peaceful and she is extremely warm yet also very professional. My mom and I enjoyed watching her in her zone while she positioned and photographed the baby. You can tell she is passionate about her work and she was so gentle with the baby while trying to get the best for each snapshot. The pictures are beautiful and I am looking forward to adding the pictures to our family photo wall. I am so glad I selected Rita to capture such a special time in my life and will use her again in the future as my little man grows.

I just have to say... You truly are amazing at what you do. I knew Blake was in good hands as we started to get settled in at your studio. It was such a wonderful experience even with the lack of sleep I had the night before. I thought I would have fallen asleep while you got images of him, but I was just in such awe of what you do and how you cared for my son. I couldn't help but stay awake and watch the action!  Rita is an angel with a camera!!

I can't say enough about Rita's workshop! Even though I do not plan on photographing newborns exclusively, Rita still gave me so many tips and inspiration to enhance my sessions for clients of any age. Of course, I left feeling very confident in regards to newborn sessions, but also had so much more confidence walking into any portrait session. Another thing that I am ever so grateful for is that Rita showed me how to cut down my post processing time! As we all know, time is precious when running a business. Rita is very calm with the babies and her technique is amazing. I am so thrilled to have taken part in her workshop. Thanks Rita!!!

I knew that I had to attend Rita’s workshop the minute I visited her website. Her natural, organic style was exactly what I was looking for, but I had no idea where to begin to learn this artistic look. Her warm greeting in her cottage studio was so comforting and reassuring that this workshop was going to be well worth it. Rita shared so many wonderful things with me during our workshop, including how to set up for a session and keep it running smoothly, hands-on posing of babies from the first few days of life through 12 months, how to get that post-processing style that I was so in love with, teaching me how to start my business, and how to keep it running successfully. Her artistic talents and passion for teaching showed during the entire workshop. I truly felt like she cared and wanted me to be successful. Rita is so detailed and covered so many things that I never even thought to ask. I left her workshop feeling so inspired and confident that I will have a successful baby’s first year business. Rita has a gift of photography! I recently had a maternity and newborn session with her and absolutely LOVE the pictures, they are gorgeous! Being the first time I had newborn pictures taken, I couldn't have imagined the time and patience that goes into getting the newborn positioned and photographed. Rita was amazing! Our little girl just turned 1 year and we wanted to capture this wonderful milestone and Rita is the one to do it! She photographed our bundle as a newborn and also did our holiday family portraits when she was 6 months. All the sessions have exceeded my expectations in every area, the quality of work, the interaction with our baby and the final result have left me and everyone who sees the work in "Aww". I received the canvass the other day and could not wait to put them up on my wall!!! They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! As we went through the 1 year session and I was chasing my little girl all over the studio my thought was "there is no way she could have possibly caught anything without a blur behind it", Rita proved me wrong! She not only caught every priceless moment of that day but made them look miraculous! After seeing the images I was beside myself as to how perfect they were! I could not possibly pick the photos that I wanted to put on the wall because I wanted ALL of them blown up and put on my walls!! Rita was such a help with helping me choosing what I wanted and they look stunning on our wall!

Oh my goodness! Where to begin? Our photos are out of this world GOOD! We could hardly believe how wonderful they are, we're so happy! It's difficult to put the feeling into words, because the images go above and beyond your expectations. We just viewed our photos twice and enjoyed every second of the slideshow. It's such an amazing experience! We have to agree with everyone else, Rita is an incredible photographer! To say the least. She works wonders with the lighting, positioning babies, and capturing their expressions. And, is so easy to work with! It's going to be fantastic to have these photos anywhere. And, we're looking forward to sharing them with our families. They'll probably "ooh" and "ah" the way we did. We had to call around and tell people how much we adored them - no exaggeration. Our daughter is such a doll - with a few smiles and giggles thrown in for good measure. Other places we've been prior to this, haven't been able to catch her personality the way Rita has! And, we didn't have to stress, everything went smoothly without a lot of effort on our part. We felt relaxed and enjoyed the experience, which is so important when you're taking family photos. We'll view these together a few times and discuss image selection (it's going to be hard to narrow them down) and probably also consider purchasing products as well. It's fantastic to have photos around the house and for gift giving. We also really appreciate the offer to have a gallery viewing in the studio, sometimes it's nice to have someone else's opinion as we make selections. Everyone's going to be so pleased with these photos! We would recommend Bitsy Baby Photography to anyone who's looking for a comfortable and warm environment, a photographer who has your preferences in mind and treats you and your baby with the utmost respect, and a collection of some of the most beautiful images of you and your baby to have for a lifetime. Rita was such a pleasure to work with! We'll have to set something up a few months from now, when our baby is a little bit bigger and moving about.

The pictures both digital and prints were beautiful. The quality of the prints exceeded my expectations because the clarity was no doubt spectacular. I had a maternity shoot and I will definitely be a return customer when the baby arrives

Rita is a true professional. She is AMAZING with my baby and with us. Rita really listens to what we want in our photos (i.e. creative, traditional, posed, casual, black/white, color) and is talented enough to capture the perfect images. Rita has a general plan for our sessions, but our photo sessions sort of "evolve" out of our natural interactions with the baby. By working with us instead of with a predetermined series of poses, Rita captures the true emotion and essence of the moment. And Rita is committed to "getting it right." She goes beyond all of our expectations to ensure we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our photos. Somehow, she is even pickier than I am! And we do LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our photos! Rita is a true professional in every sense of the word.

Rita photographed my year old son and 2 year old daughter. Personally, I think that is THE most difficult thing to do. Yet, the experience and the photos were amazing. She captured both my daughter and son's personalities perfectly. I think part of what makes Rita so unique is that you can tell she truely loves kids and loves photographing them. I think her package for photographing a baby throughout the year is fabulous. I wish I would have her do that for my children.

I had a maternity and newborn session with Rita and her assistant. I felt very comfortable. She handled our baby girl beautifully and was able to incorporate my ideas. I love that she already has props available. I even noticed that she wrote down some poses/ideas she had thought of for our particualr shoot ahead of time. I loved that she took the time to prepare! Rita is AMAZING with our baby. I learned so much about how to handle our newborn just by watching her work. Seriously...I wanted to bring Rita home with us. In a word, AMAZING! I love Rita and her talent! Rita shot my belly photos as well as our newborn photos. We could not have asked for anything more perfect! We love love love our pictures from Rita. We actually kind of found out about Bitsy Baby Photography sort of at the last minute as my daughter decided to make an early appearance. But we couldnt have made a better choice! She was extremely professional, from returning phone calls promptly to emailing us letting us to let us know about the status of our order and what not. As far as the actual session, we felt completely comfortable having her handle our 8 days old baby girl. She was extremely gentle with the baby and very patient with us during the photo session. And the pictures are just amazing. She did a great job listening to what we wanted. We wanted very bright and colorful images of our baby and wanted to incorporate personal elements in the portraits and she did an excellent job in delivering us exactly what we wanted. We absolute love everything and dont have a single complaint about her work or her service. We would definately recommend her to family and friends and would love for her to capture future images of our growing daughter or any new additions to the family.
