I called FastTeks after my computer crash from a virus attack. The FasTek team provided me with fast, expert, and very knowledgeable service. I was a bit apprehensive at the thought of anyone entering my “extremely” junky cave of a work space. However, Rob seemed unfazed by the clutter. That’s was a few months ago. Since then I have worked with Rob on a few projects now. He has an excellent way of explaining computer stuff to us "etch-a-sketch" folk. Rob Christopher, Area Director and Owner of the local Fastteks branch came out to the house this evening to look at our laptop. Unfortunately, our laptop is fried. Rob spent about 2 hours with us and also looked at another computer of ours as well. Fastteks company policy is to fix the issue, or no charge. I am in shock that we were only charged a service call fee for such a great service. Rob was most professional and competent and I would recomemnd him to all of my friends and will go to Rob for all of our computer repair needs. GREAT SERVICE!!

fast-teck was very efficient and knowledgable in working out my many and complicated computer problems. What surprised me the most was, money was did not seem to be a concern in the time it took to solve my problem. fast-teck is not money hungry, they are solution concern first.

I am a student, and my computer contacted some nasty viruses, I called the local computer place in Covington, they price was ridiculous, and they wanted to keep my computer for 4-5 days, I couldn't be without my computer that long, because I had assignments to do, I then checked with the Geeks, their prices were scary. I started researching on the web, and ran acrosss Fastteck, they said everything I needed to hear, they not only came to my house to fix my computer, their prices were the best and the work was exceptional. First, let me say that I never take time to write reviews. Rob and his team did such a wonderful job, however, that I just had to take time to spread the word and say thank you. Our home computer was full of spyware so we gave Fast Teks a call on a Sunday, Rob came out that day and did such an awesome job. He definitely went above and beyond for us, even installed anti-virus software for free! I had previously taken the computer to another computer repair guy in Winder and basically paid him for nothing - he kept my PC for a week and it still had viruses when I picked it up. Do yourself a favor and use Fast Teks every time. I will never use anyone else. Fast and professional at a great price. Thanks again, Rob!!

I was having problems, after calling Rob from his ad in the Athens yellow pages he responded immediately. Came to my house fixed my problem, and at my request sold and installed a new pc. I could not have asked for better service.

Awesome service, Josh came out on a sunday night to come get rid of virus for me. He saved my life pretty much and understood that I had classes to register for and assignments to finish. I can't thank him enough!

Cannot recommend the services of this company highly enough. Called Rob Christopher on Saturday about a virus on my wife's business computer, hoping he could get us in line early on Monday morning for a troubleshoot. Rob called Josh, and he put off his Saturday afternoon plans to come service our computer. He came on Saturday afternoon, found and fixed the problem, and also checked our other computers while he was there.
