If it wasn't for Carlos Johnson & Ryan Rowland I don't know what we would have done. Our install was challenging to say the least. We were trying to use phones from a prior VOIP carrier with a new system and it’s like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Carlos and the team from IP5280 stayed here through the night to make sure that our phones were up and running when we opened for business the next day. Since the install Carlos has been our lifeline when we switched to a new set of HD phones (which are awesome) or when we have needed to make network changes.

We reffered the tenant at our office buiding to IP5280 who now has a service with you and keep spreading the good news on the company who has the top notch product, service and hard working, reliable and knowledgable employees. When we opened our doors as a new Division, for a few months we were still working, travelling between 2 states and having this high tech phone company and reliable service really helped to get our business started and established. Your tech support is amazing ( unlike other companies who direct your calls across the world to India and China and you can;t hear half of the conversation) Your tech support is right here, avaibale, curtious and very knowledgable. When I decided to start my own business we wanted to get up and running fast. Our goal was to make the first client phone call within a week. We met with Rob Agnew on a Monday and he expedited our order and we reached our goal of making our first call on Friday!

I used to have a 2+hour commute each way to work. IP5280 has allowed me to work at home .. in my PJs if I want!! WOWIE Great company - Great support guys too although I never need them:) but the one time I did they were THERE for me !!

IP5280 has been a lifesaver for my business! I have been able to focus on getting business in the door because if i need anything for the phone system I just make a call to the support staff and they take care of it right away! I have added lines, subtracted lines, added and changed features, bought additional phone numbers etc . . . each change only took about 5 minutes of my time to get it handled. The one time I did have a more pressing issue, I was able to get in touch with Jeffrey Pearl, he assured me it would get handled immediately (which it did) and he personally followed up to make sure it was taken care of to my satisfaction (which it was). Good Customer Service is only earned when you need help, the staff at IP5280 has always done a great job for my company.
